A Santa Ana rebuild is one written figure

SOS Restoration Santa Ana prices a rebuild as one written total, locked before any saw runs. No dollar number sits on this page, and the reason is legal, not coy. Quoting yours is free. Call (949) 522-4470.

Why is no number posted?

Because the price belongs in your contract, not a web page.

A rebuild is home improvement work, and California puts the entire price in the contract you sign, before it begins. Any figure online would be meaningless for your rooms, so we measure yours and then quote it.

How do you reach the total?

By measuring what the drying laid bare.

When the drying ends, we count what left and what has to return. That single total covers framing, board, texture, paint, floors, cabinets and trim. It is quoted as a package, never by the hour.

Mine is a condo. Any difference?

Yes; the association usually signs off before we cut.

Condo bylaws often hand the association the shared wall and the pipe inside it. We build to those rules, so nothing trips a bylaw midway. The HOA shapes the timeline as much as the price.

What is inside the rebuild?

Whatever the loss stripped out, restored to before.

A storm roof, a sewage floor, a fire room, a mold cut: all arrive here. A single crew on CSLB #1131134 owns it from stud to trim.

Can I see the drying card?

Yes; those rates fill one page.

Mitigation is hourly, and the rate card lists each figure. Only the rebuild is a lump written total, since the statute allows nothing else.

When is a rebuild not worth filing?

If the repair sits under your deductible, a claim costs more than it returns.

We will still write the scope so you can price it out of pocket. A file opened for a small number follows the policy long after the wall is closed.

Who sets the final figure?

The scope does. Every line is measured and written before a saw runs.

California law puts the total in the signed contract, so it cannot move on its own. A change needs a new signature, not a phone call.

What gets signed, and when?

Drying authorization on day one; the rebuild contract later.

First you approve the hourly drying so work can start. The rebuild contract, carrying its one total, follows once the scope is fully open. The dispatcher talks you through each.

The cities we drive to for this work

What a rebuild costs depends on the house, and the houses change from one city to the next. Open a city and the page walks through the ones we work in there.

Not a good moment to talk? Write it down and we call you.

A phone number is all we actually need. Anything else you tell us only decides which crew and which gear leave the shop.
